Belt or belt element is widely used in plastic injection devices, Mardon tubes and pasteurization devices and is produced in various dimensions with voltages of 220 and 380 volts.
The structure of the belt element consists of a metal casing (stainless steel or iron, according to the customer's order) inside which there is a mica (asbestos paper) core. On mica, resistive wire is wrapped made of chromium, nickel or chrome-nickel. These elements can be supplied in framed, terminal or wired models and based on the order or existing sample.
Belt elements are produced in two types, normal and waterproof. The normal type is sensitive to water, steam and moisture, while the waterproof belt element has higher resistance in humid or steamy environments and is suitable for more difficult working conditions.
