Flanged element is one of the most widely used industrial elements used in water tanks, oil tanks and other fluids (except gas and oil condensate). These elements can be designed and produced according to the needs of the device, in voltages of 220, 380 and 400 volts and with different dimensions and power consumption.
Specifications and sizes
Flanged elements are available in sizes 1 inch, 1 and 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, 2 inch and 2 and 1/2 inch and in terms of flange material, they can be provided in brass and steel with alloys 304, 310, 316 and 321.
Flanges are produced in three types, regular, tipped and glass, which are selected based on the customer's order and working conditions.
Flanged element structure
These elements consist of one to three rod elements, which have steel casing 304, 310 fireproof, 316 anti-acid or 321 fireproof and anti-acid and are suitable for use in tanks with high pH and alkaline environments.
The core of the element is made of spring made of chromium, nickel or chrome-nickel resistance wire and restrained by silica refractory soil and magnesium oxide to produce requested thermal power in a controlled and stable manner under vacuum conditions.
